CREW Summit | New York City 2024CREW's New York Summit brought members together for a day focused on human connection, perspective and purpose. Cal Fussman returned with Windows on the World, drawing on his experience writing about the legendary restaurant atop the World Trade Center just before 9/11 and decades interviewing some of the most influential figures of our time. His message challenged leaders to consider what remains uniquely human in an age of AI: curiosity, presence, storytelling and meaningful connection.
The Summit also welcomed Arshay Cooper, award-winning author, rower and subject of the documentary A Most Beautiful Thing, who shared his journey from Chicago's West Side to captain of the nation's first all-Black high school rowing team, and how that experience shaped his work expanding access and mentorship for young people.
