At CREW, leadership development is not just about titles or tactics. It is about building authentic relationships, learning from accomplished peers, and participating in a leadership think tank where real conversations help executives navigate work, family, transition, growth, and purpose.

Built for Senior Leaders Who Want More Than Surface-Level Networking

Our Story

Inspired by the idea of doing something purpose-driven as father and son, Andy and Adam McGraw always talked about how enjoyable it might be to be in business together.

Years of experience in executive leadership positions gave them firsthand knowledge of how difficult it is to successfully balance career, family, friends, and personal well-being without the proper support systems in place. They recognized the massive expectations being placed on executives, specifically to rapidly evolve into what it means to be a leader and role model today that can master the (no longer optional) soft skill spectrum.

Together, they developed CREW: a unique executive peer group and professional networking community where senior leaders can connect with peers for insight and support, access high-quality resources and tools, and continue growing through honest conversations, shared experience, and leadership development. CREW was built to function as a leadership think tank for executives who want both personal fulfillment and professional excellence.

Our Core Values

Authenticity

empowers people to be who they are. Everybody wins when we bring our best selves to the table and communicate openly about what's working and what's not.

Trust

We seek to build trust in every interaction with each other. This means that you can have faith and confidence in the ability to share your hopes, dreams, and even challenges without fear or judgment.

Courage

Change is not easy. Transformation takes guts. It takes a certain kind of vulnerability to abandon old ways of thinking and realize your true potential within.

50%

of CEOs report feeling lonely in their role

For years, I’ve been searching for a community of leaders who are truly committed to growth, development, and meaningful leadership. I was intentional in that search; my standards were high because I knew the values of any group I joined had to deeply align with my own. I’m incredibly excited to say that I’ve found a collective whose mission, values, and energy I genuinely stand behind.
