Monthly Peer Cohorts for Senior Leaders

One benefit of full CREW membership is cohort placement - a small, consistent group of peers you’ll meet with every month and get to know well over time.

Cohorts meet virtually once a month, splitting time between community updates and Junto-style discussion. This format is inspired by the original Junto, a group Benjamin Franklin started in 1727 to help its members grow personally and strengthen their community.

Our members are encouraged to come ready to share what’s actually on their mind: a challenge, a stressor, a question. These cohorts allow for honest feedback from a small, diverse group of fellow members across industries.
